Product of the month: BrightSign AU335 Audio Player

Introducing our product of the month: The BrightSign AU335 Audio Player. The AU335 offers high quality audio, including the latest sound technologies. With ARC and eARC support, the AU335 can distribute up to three audio zones to soundbars and AV receivers that offer high-bandwidth 24-bit sound, including Dolby Atmos® content.

High flexibility at a low price

The AU335 is built exclusively for audio applications. This has the advantage that expensive connections for displays are omitted and the price of the player is very low. Despite the comparatively low price, BrightSign does not compromise: The Audio Only Player offers the full breadth of BrightSign's popular interfaces. A project can be created and programmed as usual in BrightAuthor or even via the cloud. The user has access to the extensive possibilities of sensors, interactivity, network commands as well as synchronizations. This attractive overall package makes the audio player a popular choice for sound reinforcement applications, whether at events, museums or retail.

Versatile application possibilities

Audio product demo for retail

When demonstrating audio products on the store floor, the AU335 is a very good choice. The audio player features ARC and eARC support, distributing up to three zones of audio including high bandwidth 24-bit sound for Dolby Atmos®, Dolby Audio™ and PCM audio playback. Interactive controls can also be added to the demo via USB, GPIO or Ethernet to allow your audience to test the equipment in detail. Volume can also be controlled via these interfaces. Excitingly, the USB port can be used in host mode to deliver updates to connected soundbars and AV receivers.

Background music

The AU335 is ideal for sound reinforcement and distribution of background music. To extend the range, one player can also synchronize with other AU335s to cover large areas. Through the BSN.Cloud, content can be monitored and edited in real time, whether in-store or remotely.

Interactive audio exhibits

Deliver engaging audio museum exhibits with a wealth of interactive controls that connect via USB, GPIOs or Ethernet. Control lighting and other devices to create unique experiences, and even sync with other BrightSign players running digital signage. Accessible compatibility with the Plug & Play - System from Nexmosphere additionally enables countless application possibilities and networking between control elements, screens and sound systems.
