Free BrightSign training and resources
Getting started in BrightSign's extensive ecosystem is a seemingly big step for many new users. Many are initially put off by the slightly higher barrier to entry. However, BrightAuthor is a very intuitive and useful tool once the first small steps are taken. What many of our new customers and BrightSign beginners don't know: The manufacturer of the popular media players offers extensive training and documentation on its website to help you get started with BrightAuthor.
Ideal for beginners: The BrightSign trainings
In a detailed video series BrightSign offers a comprehensive basic training, which goes step by step into the hardware as well as software. The series are available for the old BrightAuthor Legacy as well as for the new BrightAuthor. The videos are very easy to understand and for us the ideal start for beginners. Unfortunately, the videos are only available in English. Instead, we offer exciting BrightSign workshops in German with our own training offer.
New: BrightSign LIVE!
With BrightSign's new live offering, the manufacturer hosts free monthly training sessions for which interested parties can register. In addition, past sessions can be viewed on the website.
