The Windows Collaboration Display MultiSync® WD551 from Sharp/NEC is an intelligent all-in-one solution for modern meeting rooms. For the smooth running of meetings, it provides access without delay, both for those present on site and remotely.

Since the display supports BYOM (Bring Your Own Meeting) scenarios, users can simply connect their own devices via a secure USB-C cable and then instantly share content with others. Video conferencing can be started with the already familiar Microsoft programs, such as Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.

The frameless touch display with PCAP technology, manufactured via optical bonding, is easy to clean and offers a first-class writing experience both when operated with the finger and with an active pen. Windows Ink is supported.

Via integrated IoT sensors, the WD551 collects telemetry data from the environment, such as whether there are people in the room, as well as data on temperature, ambient brightness and air quality, thus supporting smart building strategies.
